Congrats you took the plunge… the 12-weeks of training are going to fly by!

There are a few things we need to do prior to the start;

  • Contact Jason (jaypenner@aspirefitness.ca) to book your first workout/orientation/testing
  • Review program (done at Orientation)

What to expect?

The majority of the logistical planning is done by our Push-Ups to Pinups Coordinator, Sherri (sherri@aspirefitness.ca) she will contact you to introduce herself. She is the one who will be helping answer any questions regarding the program (fitness specific questions will be handed off to your training staff). She is your go to in terms of scheduling hair and make up and making sure you know all the important dates etc. She is here to help you coordinate your life during the program, so if you need help juggling things ask her.

The workouts at Aspire will be intense, the first couple of weeks will be challenging, that’s the idea. We want to get you going and training hard, you will find after the first 2-weeks that you start to fall into a routine and become more comfortable with the time needed as well as the workload itself.

About half way through the program we will be having a “Meet and Greet” this is where you will meet the stylists and photographer for the program. This is also where we will be booking in your photo shoot. It is a good idea to bring your schedule with you.
