Sometimes just making it to the gym can be the biggest challenge you face. Enter the 30 Day TRX Workout Challenge. Over the next 30 Days you will be pushed to train all parts of your body, while stressing your aerobic and anaerobic systems.
Each workout should last less than 45 minutes and include a warm up and cool down.

- Able to have your heart rate at 70% of Max for greater than 20mins
- Able to have your heart rate above 85% of Max for greater than 3mins
- Healthy enough to complete this challenge, see a healthcare professional before starting any training program.
We will be working in a heart rate zone for some of the workouts, it is a nice tool to have a heart rate monitor but it optional.
