We’ve designed the entire 30-Day program to be done on your own or with a friend. No experience needed, just a willingness to work hard and commit to a month of hard work.
Workouts range between 45-90 minutes. There are 30 consecutive days of workouts. This program is challenging, and if you have any pre-existing medical condition it is recommended to consult a medical professional before starting any exercise program.
There is a minimal amount of equipment needed for this plan. A good pair of shoes because we will be outside running. And some exercise bands, I’ve included links below of my suggested bands.
