After having some good weeks and tough weeks, I’ve come to the realization that the choices I make have become normal. I have more energy, love to get outside and work out in the yard and homework has become a part of my life. My easy food choices of lemon/greek chicken, steak, veggies, and taco salad have become a bit redundant. Pinterest is my new best friend – there is a coconut curry chicken recipe I’m excited to try! I likely should have been mixing a few more new paleo recipes into the program since the beginning.
