Loving the workouts and challenges, working on keeping up my energy and excited for more progress!
My measurements went well with Jason – I’ve lost 1.6% Body Fat, increased my lean mass by 1.4 lbs, and am down 1.5 lbs. My clothes fit better, I feel (and maybe look) stronger, and am on my way to a pistol squat! Woohoo! Looking back on my progress just gives me more motivation for the next week – bring on week 4!
