Hard Work Generates Results

I don’t know about the rest of you but I always find breakfast the hardest meal to cook for. Truth is when I wake up it’s a mad dash out of the house to get to work, so I don’t have the time to sit and make something palatable so I usually default to a protein shake at my desk. But this morning it just didn’t go down that well so I decided to go poking around the internet and find some paleo breakfasts I can make beforehand and grab as I dash out the door.

Take a look and if you have any other ideas please send them my way and if you really want to be my hero you can bring me breakfast!
