Being in the thick of our Winnipeg winters can be depressing, shake off some of the winter blues with which will certainly be the coldest Push-Ups to Pinups start of the year. This is a great chance to be in the best shape of your life going into May Long weekend. Turn some heads when you rock that sexy bathing suit, instead of a baggy t-shirt at the beach this year.

Push-Ups to Pinups made me feel strong, healthy and beautiful, but then I realized I had always been those things. Aspire and P2P were the reason for that awesome realization!!Karen, 2014

Hey anybody else noticing the days are getting longer? Time to dust off some of our cooler clothes and start taking in the sunshine. Good news is most of the homework in Push-Ups to Pinups can be done outside! Make this the spring you spring into the healthiest you’ve ever been. Imagine the summer of 2015 being the summer you can enjoy yourself at the pool and not have to stay in the shadows.

Patio season is creeping up on us, having some social time with friends should be about making new memories not worrying about whether or not people are looking at your muffin top. Remove all doubt that you workout and rock your most confident you this summer.

April 20th, 2015

Shoots July 14th – July 16th
The sun is shining (hopefully) and it’s a great time to get out and stretch your fitness legs. This is a great session as you will have nice weather and with a mid-summer we can explore some outside photos without the risk of frostbite.

P2P is a roller coaster; emotionally and physically. Welcome it, you learn a lot about yourself in this program.Noelle, 2013

May 11th, 2015

Shoots August 4th – August 6th
Yes this one starts before May long, but get the first week under your belt, have some fun in the sun and get back to work. The great thing about this start is that you’ll have plenty of sunshine to help you get through your workouts and homework.

Summertime fun! Let’s make the summer of 2015 your most active one to date. Think of the fun you’ll have running through the park, going for long bike rides, maybe a couple of rest days spent at the beach giving your friends a sneak peak at all your hard work.

Let’s celebrate the start of summer 2015 with a kick start of your fitness regime. Summer is a fantastic time to start Push-Ups to Pinups, it’s hard to beat the feeling of accomplishing your most challenging workout and heading to the beach for a nice relaxing day. Plus for those teachers out there, you can also sleep in and come for a workout later in the day!

July groups are usually a little bit slower, so if you’re not overly comfortable in a gym and might want to have fewer people around this might be a great session for you.

This group is sure to have some beautiful colours in their shoot, imagine frolicking around in the beautiful oranges and reds of fall while sporting a fitter happier you! And with a start date just after August Long (this one starts on Tuesday) you can get all your summertime fun times out of the way and right into a fitness kickstart.

Reading the scale the morning of my photo shoot was one of my proudest moments. I hadn’t been in that good of shape since I was a competitive gymnast. It felt amazing! And now that I’m a pregnant whale my memories of that day give me hope cause I know I can get there again.Jody, 2013

Kids are back in school, time to breath again! Take sometime to yourself and feel what it’s like to love your body again. This start date ends right in time to start enjoying all those holiday parties, maybe a little black dress to turn some heads at the company party?
