Hard Work Generates Results

It was time to clean out the fridge and found some ingredients and just started faking it and came up with this recipe that’s not half bad, some might even say it’s half good. So there really isn’t much of a recipe here, think of it more like a story of how I through some food in a bowl and stuff happened.

So this all started with a turkey breast with some olive oil drizzled on it, and some Mediterranean spice mix we found in the cabinet. Fired that in the oven, covered with tin foil for about 45mins @ 350F. This may have been a little to long.

And the topping, well super easy. Garlic, Basil, Tomatoes, Red Onions, Olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

As you can tell by the picture the last step is combing the two things. So now I have a tasty lunch that will leave my breath stinging the eyes and nostrils of my cohorts.
