It’s the adventure race off-season but that’s no excuse to sit on your couch and collect dust! Get your butts into gear starting November 19th every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for an hour long workout geared towards getting you ready for the 2014 Adventure Race season!

Even if you’re new to the whole Adventure Race thing you’ll be right at home in these workouts, like all of our boot camps the exercises can easily be modified to suit your current physical activiity level. And who knows maybe we will throw a snow workout in there at some point, but don’t worry you will have lots of notice!

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Ages 16 and up.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

You bet we have a big parking lot

What can/can’t I bring to the event?

Bring clean clothes (smelling nice at least at the beginning is highly encouraged), bring both indoor and outdoor shoes.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Naww…. save a tree we have it all on our nifty iPads.
