Dieppe Fundraising Bootcamp



May 27th – May 30th @ 8:00am

For the week of May 27th we’re going to be offering 4 bootcamp style workouts for the staff/friends and family of Dieppe. Many years ago I once trolled the halls of Dieppe and would like to have an opportunity to give back to such a great school. The workouts will be between 50-60 minutes, a great way to start any morning. The 4 sessions will focus on a variety of fitness components, including but not limited to;

  • Dynamic Strength
  • Static Strength
  • Core Strength
  • Aerobic Capacity
  • Anaerobic Capacity

All of these are just fancy words for a great workout with skills that you can use in your everyday life, making everyday tasks easier. All we need from you for these workouts is your email address so we can keep you informed about other great bootcamps and products and a donation that will go right back to Dieppe for the Dieppe BBQ.
