Take a moderately heavy medicine ball (slam ball if you have them), have your feet shoulder width apart, with straight arms lift the ball over your head, now using as much force as you can produce slam the ball to the ground. BE CAUTIOUS THE BALL MAY COME BACK AT YOU. Catch the ball and repeat.
