Hard Work Generates Results

For all of those who braved the blizzard and run the half marathon last Sunday, congrats! Special shout out to first time runners; Robyn, Lisa, Victoria and yours truly. The weather wasn’t great (I feel it added at least 90 minutes to my time), but still everybody toughed it out and finished the race. Meghan even shaved 14 minutes off of last years time. Remember the Manitoba Half Marathon is only a couple of months away. Congrats to everybody you did awesome!
