TRX Up/Down Plank with Pike


This one is a special one for Jillian and Angie, yesterday I had both of them doing the TRX Up/Down Plank and was poking a little fun at them, so I felt I should do something a little harder for them. Just a little side note the filmed reps are my 1000-1002th rep.

Here’s how it works, I know you need some special equipment (TRX) but still lots of fun. Start with your feet in a TRX and up on your elbows and hips level with shoulder and ankles. From this plank position come up onto your hands, while maintaining the plank position, and then back down to the elbows. Once back at your elbows raise your hips up with your legs straight. Then back to starting position, now repeat this.
