Stuffed Chicken Breast



  • 4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 oz reduced fat swiss cheese
  • or 1 oz pepper jack cheese
  • 1 oz canadian bacon
  • 1 large mushroom (or 3-4 slices)
  • 1 slice thick cut bacon


  1. Cut ‘pocket’ in chicken breast put cheese, canadian bacon and mushrooms in pocket..
  2. Wrap Chicken breast with bacon slice
  3. Grill on ‘George Foreman’ 10-15 min or until juices run clear
