OK this one is tough, start with a dumbbell in your right arm at shoulder height, now stand on your right leg, with your left leg in front of you. Lower your body to the ground so that you’re butt is as close to the ground as it can be, now explode up and push the dumbbell overhead. You will find that your balance is challenged here, thats the idea. Keep the weight low to ensure you can hold your balance. Lower the weight back down to the starting position and repeat.
