Here’s what happens when I start trying to combine two hard exercises to create some monstrous exercise. This exercise rocks, it gets the heart rate going, every major muscle in your body is working hard… it’s great. You can expect to see more of these in your upcoming workouts.
Start with two dumbbells start with a lighter than normal weight you would typically use for a deadlift. Now lower the dumbbells to the sides of your feet, now kick your legs out so you are now horizontal. Now forcefully drive your knees back underneath you and stand up (completing the deadlift). And repeat…. or puke which ever feels right.
