OK this week we’re going to do something a little different we’re going to take the exercises we’ve already presented to you and create a workout. Be sure to leave comments and let us know what you thought.
THE WORKOUT
Start with an easy 10 minute warm up and try to complete the workout below 3 times as quickly as possible. Be sure to post your time on the website…
- In/Out Pushups – 25 reps (remember in and out counts as one)
- Front Back Lunge – 25 reps/side
- Burpie Deadlifts – 50 reps
- Arnold Press – 50 reps
- Reverse Plank with Leg Raise – 50 reps
- Swiss Pike with leg raise – 50 reps
