Swiss Pike with Leg Raise

Challenges

Here’s a great exercise for the core, chest and shoulders and not to mention balance.

With your shins on an exercise ball and hands under your shoulders, raise your hips up in the air while keeping your legs straight. Once you’re in the pike position slowly raise a leg up in the air, while maintaining the straight leg. Lower the leg back to the ground and repeat with the other leg.
