Springtime Asparagus

Recipes

1lb fresh asparagus woody end snapped off
1/4 cup Italian Dressing
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup slivered almond

  1. Combine dressing, mushrooms and lemon juice on medium high. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
  2. Add asparagus on top. Cook until crisp tender.
  3. Spring almond slivers on top and serve.
