Hard Work Generates Results

I’ve always said it’s good to set goals… it would appear I have been proven wrong. Meet Donna Simpson, she’s already tipping the scales at 600lbs, but would like to take a shot at the 1/2 tonne mark. She’s eating 12000 kcal/day, that’s the same amount as Olympic Gold Medalist Michael Phelps during his training program. Gives us some scope on how important it is to stay active.
