Hard Work Generates Results

1 scoop power whey,, 40 grms ( i use banana cream or chocolate)
.25 cup egg whites
1 tbsp Peanut Butter ( can use almond butter or coconut oil )
1 tbsp walnuts
! tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat over 300 degrees,  spray cooking sheet with cooking spray / drop onto sheet , makes about 12 small cookies. I top with a little shredded coconut as well, great right out of the oven with butter .
