Hard Work Generates Results

2 scoops protein (I find that a whey / micellar casein mix works the best)
one whole egg
one teaspoon baking powder
one tablespoon milled flaxseed
one ‘squirt’ of liquid stevia (my personal preference – you might not need any extra sweetness)
one teaspon vegetable oil / butter / coconut oil
a dash of water
some chopped nuts (I use pecans, walnuts and brazil nuts)

Mix it all up in a bowl (I just do it all at once) and then put it in the oven on 150c / 300f until a knife comes out clean when you test it. The oil makes it very moist, as does the dash of water.
