Resolution #30 – Try something new

°°Delta ]Wow can you believe it 30 days now you’ve been working at your resolutions and you’re doing great. Remember this is a lifestyle make over so let’s tweak that lifestyle, instead of being in the same rut everyday, go out and try something new. There are Yoga classes, Tai Chi, running groups, anything you can think of there is a way to do it.
Last year we took 6 people up skydiving because it was something new… they loved it! Only a handful will do it again, but everybody is happy they did it. Your new thing doesn’t have to be as extreme as jumping out of a plane, just do something you haven’t done before
