Resolution #25 – Less Booze


The month of December is riddled with diner parties, socials, work parties… its hard to have a free weekend. Going out is great, but a few drinks here or there add up. If you were to have 3 beers a week 50 weeks a year (mind you this is averaged out, some may be more or less) that would be an extra 22, 500kcal a year which works out to be over 6 pounds.
So limit your alcohol consumption, your liver and waistband will thank you for it.
