Resolution #24 – Drink more water

Blue ImpactOK everybody knows this that you should drink water, but very few people do. Water is an important part of our day, it can help us feel less hungry, it helps our body do its normal physiological functions and it helps us remove toxins from our bodies.
So instead of reaching for that coke in the fridge pour yourself a glass of water. If you don’t like that taste of water (infact water has no taste) add some crystal light or squeeze a lemon in there it will give the water some more flavour and hopefully allow you to drink you 3 litres a day.
