Resolution #23 – Pass the pepper not the salt

If you’re one of these people who love their salt, try cutting it down a bit. Try things like pepper instead. Choose low sodium options. By cutting down sodium you will help keep a healthy cholesterol level, and lower your risk of heart disease. And after a couple of weeks you won’t even notice the difference.
