Resolution #21 – Switch to a sweetner

hip°gOldSugar is the biggest culprit in our diets; we often have too much of it. What this does is causes an increase in our blood sugar that in turn causes insulin to be released which will cause of us to store calories as fat. So limit your sugar intake by switching to a sweetener or eliminating sugar all together.
What you might find with less sugar is that you taste food differently, a red pepper may seem sweeter, an orange may explode with flavour next time. Our food usually is sweet enough we just don’t realize it because of the use of manufactured sweetness.
