The alcohol consumed during the holiday season has wreaked havoc on your body now its time to treat it right. Try a well-balanced breakfast, with some complex grains, some protein, dairy and some fruit.
Fruits and Vegetables; choose colourful fruits and vegetables or no sugar added fruit juice.
Grains; choose whole grain cereals hot or cold, low fat bran muffins.
Diary; choose skim milk, low fat yogurt or low fat cottage cheese.
