50 Jumping Jacks
Followed by one minute of the following;
- Pushups
- Forward Lunge
- Lateral Raise
- One Legged Deadlift (Left Leg)
- Reverse Pushup
- One Legged Deadlift (Right Leg)
- Swiss Ball Bicycle
- Swiss Ball Back Hyper Extension
- One Minute Break
