This workout is designed to quick and effective. It only takes 30 minutes and gets all your major muscle groups.

50 Jumping Jacks

Followed by one minute of the following;

  1. Pushups
  2. Forward Lunge
  3. Lateral Raise
  4. One Legged Deadlift (Left Leg)
  5. Reverse Pushup
  6. One Legged Deadlift (Right Leg)
  7. Swiss Ball Bicycle
  8. Swiss Ball Back Hyper Extension
  9. One Minute Break
