TEAM TRAINING; as a group we would conduct an hour long workout for your team focusing on linear speed, power production, agility and core. To accommodate student/athletes we will come to your school or club house and can either use the field or gym/weight room. Space permitting we can work with an entire team during this workout. With the commitment of 10 workouts during pre-season and season the cost is only $1000 or $120/session for less than 10 workouts.
POSITION SPECIFIC TRAINING; for the athletes looking for a more tailored approach we offer position specific training programs. These programs focus on the individual needs of the position, a linebacker is much different than an offensive lineman. The athletes would receive their position specific program to be done on their own, with progress tracked via email. On top of the custom program athletes will also have one workout every week at Aspire Fitness, using our industry leading equipment. Workouts at Aspire would focus on linear speed, dynamic power production, agility, footwork and core strength. We bill per individual at only $60/month with a minimum of 8 athletes for 3 months.
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING; some athletes require more attention than others, that’s why we offer our most complete package of training. For only $360/month (3 month commitment) our athletes skills are assessed to determine strengths and weaknesses and we go from there. We are able to tailor the program to the individual not just the position allowing for maximal results. If an athlete is slow off the line of scrimmage we adjust their program to train their explosive power, it’s this little adjustments that’s the difference of the best and the rest.
