Holiday Mid-Morning Bootcamp

Time to make the Holiday season a little less devastating on your waistline. Our Holiday Mid morning bootcamp will help keep that holiday cheer in check. Starting on December 27th and running Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday till Jan 5th at 10:30a till 11:30a, the workout will take you through a sample of what we can do here at Aspire Fitness. Focusing on calorie melting exercises and core work this workout is a great addition to your holiday routine, and only an hour long easily fits into your busy schedule.
