While Aspire Fitness has much of the equipment you’d expect to see in a gym, it does not have a time machine. It just feels like it. Just ask Gillian. She was feeling a little down because she had put on some weight and wished she could fit into some of her old clothes. You know, from the good old days. So, she stepped into the Push-ups to Pin-ups fitness chamber and took charge. There was no magic to the process of getting there through the program – just 12 weeks of intense cardio and weights workouts and revamping her diet. Every week she took another step towards her goal and at the end, she lost eight inches from her hips, waist and chest and a total of 15 pounds. Not only did she not have to buy a whole new wardrobe, but by eating more fruits and vegetables and avoiding out more expensive processed foods, she was able to cut down her grocery bill. Of course, she also wanted to be able to keep up with her active family. Her kids are a little older than they used to be but just because they’re not toddlers anymore doesn’t mean their schedules can’t be exhausting. The fitter she became, the more she was able to fill her role as the head of her household.
