Al first came to us with goals that boggle the mind, run 100+ km race. The most impressive thing about that is that he doesn’t even bat an eye when he says it. Just that calm cool collected Al we came to know. Obviously Al is not scared to take on a challenge. So we weren’t surprised when he signed up for Grit to Glory.
There’s a phenomenon that happens with people doing our programs, if you pay attention to their facebook profiles you start to notice more photos that include arms, maybe tighter clothes, Al was no exception to this. We could tell Al was enjoying the changes in his body simply by the photos he would post on facebook. One that sticks out was a photo of him unloading some dog food, biceps in perfect focus. And he should show them off he worked hard and deserves to strut his stuff.
I knew Al would have a good time at his shoot, see Al loves dogs, and our studio has two dogs that casually walk through the halls. Al instantly fell in love. His two furry companions were by his side the entire time. Al is genuinely one of those good people out there. He does an outstanding amount of volunteer work with “IRun4rescue” Underdog running team and is just an all-around great guy, truly a great addition to the Aspire family. Great job Al, we’re all very proud of you.
