Looking to blow off some steam before taking on the 2nd half of the day? Check out Aspire’s Mid Day Boot Camp. Join our incredible team of Kinesiologists for an hour-long workout, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 11 am – 12 pm.

We have a few options for you, you can join us for 4 weeks or 6 weeks. It’s up to you!

You can expect to see a wide range of workouts, everything from strength training to circuit training. It doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned gym rat or a first timer, we can help you!
