		<title>Paleo Breakfast Bars</title>
		<description><![CDATA[<p>Along the list of the many downsides of waking up at 4:30am comes a sense of urgency to eat breakfast. I find more often than not the snooze button is more powerful than any form of hunger. I like to be able to grab something as I run out the door. Enter Paleo Breakfast bars, these tasty, quick breakfast bars are full of good fats and are a great way to jump start the day. With a very low glycemic index its also a good choice for diabetics.</p> <p>On a lighter side, Santa was kind enough to bring me a GoPro camera and I love it, I also have a hunch that anything can look cool with a wide angle lens. 		<title>Tuna Stuffed Eggs</title>
		<description><![CDATA[<p></p> <p>Tuna Stuffed Eggs</p> 6 hard boiled eggs 2 tablespoons homemade mayo 1 green onion, diced 2 teaspoons lemon juice 2 teaspoons dijon or yellow mustard 1 5oz can of tuna Chopped pickles (optional) <p>Peel the eggs and slice them in half length wise from. Take the yolks out of each half and put them in a small bowl. Add mayo, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chopped green onion,garlic and mustard to the yolks. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl well. Stir in a can of tuna. Spoon this mixture into the hollowed out egg halves and enjoy.</p> <p>Now, let the cooking begin!!</p> <p>Source: http://everydaypaleo.com/</p> ]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>We&#8217;re fielding a team for the Warrior Dash in Minnesota June 30th&#8230; this 3 mile course will take you through 12 grueling obstacles&#8230; think you can handle it? </p> <p>Click the map to get more details&#8230;</p> <p>Similar to Tough Mudder AZ, we will be renting a house to keep the costs down.
