Let’s take the workout to Winnipeg’s only mountain…

For those who are looking to experience a workout like non-other. The hour long workout uses the incline of garbage hill to give you a wicked workout.

The hour long session will use every part of garbage hill, from the dirt side to the paved road. You can look forward to lunges, bunny hops, back peddles and anything else we can come up with to give you the workout of your life.

What you need:

  • Running Shoes and/or cleats
  • Water Bottle
  • Loose fitting comfortable clothes
