Aspire Fitness will be open Saturdays!

I have done other bootcamp programs before, but the results here were really impressive. I think with all of the strength training with different weights, machines and equipment, the results came quicker and were more visible. I noticed a change in my strength quickly. The first class, most of our group was upset at the small amount of 5 and 8lbs weights. But it didn’t take very long that those weights weren’t used at all, everyone had moved on to bigger.
